Quick thoughts while I’m conscious

I’m actually excited for my therapy session…that’s saying something.

I want to keep going with Mindvalley lessons. Daily timer or reminder?

Don’t pour into people who won’t pour into you.

I like working at Fresh Kitchen. 

I think I’ll like working at my mom’s office.

Things are working out for me, even when I don’t see it.

Things always work out for me.

I wish the best for the people I had difficult relationships with.

I hope you are happy or getting there.

I love you. 

I work best when I’m conscious and making deliberate decisions in my life.

I’m most conscious when I spend time with my thoughts in silence rather than filling my head with entertainment.

I think it would help to set a daily guideline around when I can use my phone. Like a parent to their kids. 1 hour daily in the evening would work great for me. E.g. the entertainment: social media, webtoons, YouTube, etc. I will start that tomorrow.

I will keep working out for the dopamine and happy feelings. More than anything- more than the look. I want to feel good inside.

My body is resilient. It takes care of me. So I want to take care of it.

2024 is the time of conscious decisions. Be here. That’s the start. Be here, notice, and change. You can change. You’re already changing all the time. Change for yourself. Take care of your health above all else. Everything else stems from your self care and love. You can love yourself. It’s a practice like anything else.

You are the only person who can fill that need inside you. Answer it. It’s okay to be afraid. Do things even when you’re afraid. Do it because you’re afraid!

Life is special when you’re here. 

So let’s be here.
